2. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the site, Vercel automatically processes technical data in server log files transmitted by your browser:

• shortened / anonymized IP address

• browser type and version

• operating system

• date and time of the request

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a stable, secure website). Log files are deleted after a short period. Transfers to the United States are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) c GDPR). The connection is TLS-encrypted.

3. Web analytics (Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights)

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., see section 2) to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and how it performs technically. The measurement is fully anonymous:

• no cookies

• no personal data is stored (no full IP, no device fingerprints, no identifiers)

• only aggregated statistics about page views, click behaviour and web vitals

Because no personal data is processed, no consent is required (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR; § 25 (2) TTDSG, since no cookies or comparable storage access takes place). For the same reason, we do not use a cookie banner. More information: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Meeting booking (Cal.com)

For meeting bookings we use Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). When you click a booking link, you are redirected to a booking page hosted by Cal.com. Only there, when you submit the form, the following data is transmitted to Cal.com:

• name

• email address

• any further information you provide

• the time slot you select

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (your consent through the booking action). The data is retained as long as it is needed to schedule and follow up on the meeting. Transfers to the United States are based on Standard Contractual Clauses. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@kukula.ai.

5. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your input (at minimum name and email; further content depending on your request) only to respond to your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your message). We retain inquiries as long as needed for processing and delete them once no business or statutory retention reason remains.

6. No cookies

This website does not set its own cookies, nor any third-party cookies for tracking or profiling. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

7. Your rights
